My Mission

I serve as an intuitive guide and energy facilitator, deeply committed to helping others access insight, restore balance, and experience lasting healing. I believe true healing begins at the foundation, where safety, self-trust, and alignment are restored and then naturally expands into the heart.

I am drawn to this work as I have personally witnessed how empowering and life-changing it is to shift from operating in survival patterns to living from heart centered alignment. Sekhem changes not only how we feel, but how we relate, lead, and move through the world.

My approach blends intuitive energetic guidance with steady integration, where I hold space with intention and clarity, honoring both the spiritual and somatic aspects of healing. I am passionate about supporting real change - the kind that lasts beyond a healing session.

What is Sekhem

Originating from ancient Egypt, Sekhem literally translates to “power” or “might”. Sekhem is a living light energy, older and much more potent than Reiki.

The primordial being Sekhmet is integral to Sekhem and is one who can be seen as the symbol for ultimate self-empowerment. Known as the Goddess of Ten Thousand Names including, “Eye of Ra”, “Great One of Healing”, “Ruler of Chamber of Flames” etc., she was worshipped as both Goddess of Healing and Destruction in Ancient Egypt.

Known as the “Lady of the Sacred Flame”, as fire can both destroy and create life, Sekhmet can both wreak havoc and bring relief. Sekhem was practiced by priests and priestesses, who were also physicians, incorporating a wholistic approach to healing - well ahead of their times.

Sekhem works by first clearing out energy that is not in alignment with your body and soul, followed by integrating itself intoyour energetic system, to recalibrate your life force to the divine truth.

This work can be performed both in-person or remotely with the same efficacy.

In an in-person session the practitioner places their hands on or above the body of the recipient to transmit the energy, whereas in a remote session the energy is tranmitted from the practitioner to the recipient through their body/energetic channels.
