A. Just click the "Book a Session" button on any page. You’ll be guided to enter your information and a time that works best for you.

Q. Do you offer virtual sessions?

A. Yes, sessions can be in-person or virtual. All sessions include an introduction call during which we can decide what works best for you.

Q. I'm new to energy work. Is this for me?

A. Absolutely! My sessions are tailor made for each person and meet you exactly where you are on your journey.

Q. Do you offer packages or single sessions?

A. Both! You can book a one-time session or choose a bundled session package for deeper support.
